We look forward to hearing from you soon. ** Please note ~ Upon arrival of your appointment, your dogs coat will be assessed to determine their coat condition. We are governed by the Animal Welfare Act not to cause any unnecessary pain or suffering to any animal in our care. If it is found that your dog's coat is unsuitable for a "Full Groom" or "Bath & Brush only" service because of severe matting you will be advised that it is for your dogs own welfare that we clip off the coat rather than dematt them. There will be an extra charge on top of the usual price of the groom and will depend on the severity of the matting as to the amount charged, as we will need more time to deal with the extra work involved dealing with your dogs matted coat. Once your dog is ready for collection, whilst you are with us, we will endeavour to teach you how to take proper care of your dogs coat at home between visits by advising which are the best tools to use & how often. We are always happy to offer our time here at the salon to teach you how to take care of your dogs coat at home between visits. If you feel you are struggling between appointments, please call to arrange an earlier appointment to avoid the situation happening again. ** All missed appointments or late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will incur a charge and another appointment will be scheduled. Any missed/late arrival charges made, will usually be at least half the price of the grooming appointment originally booked or a deposit on any further appointments made. Please remember, we run our business by an appointment schedule and late arrivals affect our other customers appointments that day, not just your own. Thankyou.**
