I can't thank the team enough for the care they gave my cat and rabbits while I was away. Leaving them is always the hardest part of any trip, and I usually spend my time worrying about how they're getting on.
This time was completely different. I had total peace of mind knowing they were safe, comfortable, and being cared for by people who genuinely love animals. When I picked them up, they looked happy, relaxed, and just like their usual selves, which is the greatest reassurance any pet owner could ask for.
Thank you for treating my pets with such kindness and care. It means more than words can say, and I'll never hesitate to trust you with them again.

I recently boarded my cat with Happy Tails Northwest and couldn't be happier with the care that was provided. From the moment I made contact, the service was professional, friendly, and reassuring. It was clear that the cats' welfare and comfort are the top priority.
My cat was well looked after, kept in a clean and safe environment, and received plenty of attention and care during their stay. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that my pet was in capable and caring hands. When I collected my cat, they were relaxed, happy, and in great condition.

I must say that I was pleased finding someone around the area who was affordable as its always one thing when going away that costs like this vary alot.
My dog went and when I came back they had been looked after and I even got some photos of things they'd been up to which made it a bit more personal.
Next time I'm going away I'll be using these lot again for sure!

I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received from this company. They treated him like one of their own and went above and beyond by even taking him on holiday with them to the Lake District.
He came back healthy, happy, and clearly well looked after. It's obvious that he loves being with this family, which gives me complete peace of mind whenever he's in their care.
