Welcome to Rooskys Dog Walking.
I have a great passion for dogs and the outdoors. I have two dogs of my own, a collie cross lab 6yrs and a border collie 12yrs which i have had from pups. As well as having personal experience caring for my own dogs I also have years of experience of caring for friends and family dogs, both boarding and walking them with my dogs. I'm therefore used to pack walking.
Dog breeds I have cared for include Labradors, Husky cross, Spaniels, Border terriers, German pointer, Border collies, English bulldog, American bulldog, Old English sheep dog, Staffordshire bull terriers and many more.
I have full dog walking insurance, canine first aid, DBS checked, CPD in dog walking and boarding, and a level 3 in dog grooming.
If you are looking for someone to care for your dog whilst you’re at work, give me a shout and we can have a chat about what it is you are looking for, and what will best suits your dog. This initial chat is very important as it allows me to build a good relationship with your dog to ensure that they are content in my company allowing me to provide them with the best of walks.
With this in mind, prior to our first walk I would like to set up an initial meeting with you and your dog. This would take place preferably at your home so they can get used to the idea of seeing me in their space. It would be ideal if we could have a short walk to give me the opportunity to see how they walk. This will help me to get a good gauge of their personality. During this time we will also fill out consent and personal details forms for me to keep on record.
My walks are £15per dog and an extra £6 if you have 2 dogs from the same household. Dogs will be walked in groups no bigger than 4, providing they are well socialised. I am providing both group and single dog walks.
Dogs will be taken out on good walks that can be as adventurous or not as suits them and their needs
All dogs will be returned towel dried.
