Day and evening places available.
Including KC Goood Citizen Scheme from Puppy Foundation through to Gold Award.
All new client Training Packges include a home visit.

I can also offer 'show and tell' sessions for pups where I take a puppy out for a learning walk/ good manners session in public, bring it home and give a recap

I mainly work within 30 miles of Dumfries. My passion lies in helping owners teach puppies well to bring out the best in them. To help them reach their full mental genetic potential and to stop common problems developing. I offer services starting with breeders' home visits, plus I offer microchipping in their own homes for breeders and support breeders with vouchers for their new owners off my Bright Start Home Visits for new owners.


I run structured puppy classes and also offer home visits. I also teach the KC Canine Good Citizen Scheme and am a kC Approved Scheme Examiner.

I do also see older dogs and will advise on all levels of problems.I have been involved in Dog Training and Behaviour for 30 years. I have also puppywalked Assistance Dogs. I have many qualifications in the field including as a COAPE Diplomat and have been awarded Associate Membership of the Animal Care College on merit, but I remain most heavily influenced by the kind and simple troubleshooting teachings of Dr. Ian Dunbar.

I'm a Full member of the Pet Professional Guild and am currently studying for an Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma
