Anna has helped us hugely with our adopted dog Meryl. She has helped us understand how to ensure Meryl settled in with us and get used to a new family plus giving us activities Meryl will enjoy and help us bond with her. I have found Anna to be very positive and encouraging, honest and generous. It is lovely to see how Anna is always learning and stretching herself to gain more knowledge, she clearly loves what she does! I would wholeheartedly recommend Anna to anyone, with puppies or older dogs alike.
