Hereford Dog Groomers is owned by Lauren Rushgrove and is one of Herefords leading dog grooming salons, Hereford Dog Groomers currently operate from two salons one located in Credenhill approx. 6 miles from Hereford and the other at our associates site K9 Cares Dog Daycare Ltd. Over recent years Hereford Dog Groomers have created a solid and reliable client base, boasting over 500 happy clients. Hereford Dog Groomers was formally known as "Laurens Doggy Dazzlers" from 2013 until December 2016, In December 2016 "Laurens Doggy Dazzlers" was rebranded to Hereford Dog Groomers with a view of enhancing both customer focus and the dog grooming experience for the owner and their dogs. Hereford Dog Groomers are the first Hereford based dog groomers to allow customers to book online, view availability and update their dog's information from the owner's members area.


Hereford Dog Groomers are proud members of the Pet Industry Federation (PIF) and The British Dog Groomers Association (BDGA). We are also proud to be in association with K9 Cares Dog Daycare Ltd.

How We Work?
Hereford Dog Groomers have state of the art salon equipment ensuring that all dogs can be catered for. The rise and fall table and bath ensures that all breeds big/small, Old or young can be groomed at comfort without having to be manual handled in anyway. The salon operates on a booking basis, owner's book a time slot that will be allocated for their dog(s) groom and Hereford Dog Groomers will ensure that there are no dogs present in the salon under any circumstances, ensuring that your dog is groomed to the highest standard and is given the one to one, stress free environment they deserve.

At Hereford Dog Groomers we pride ourselves on customer focus, we will always ensure that we go the extra mile to understand your requirements as the groom needs to be practical for both you and your dog. Upon booking Hereford Dog Groomers will take the time to discuss your requirements and offer advice on a practical groom for your dog. If you have booked online we will contact you prior to your groom to ensure that we have all the information required. We will also ensure that you are given adequate time to discuss any concerns or special requirements with your Groomer before the session starts. All information will be captured on a client record card and kept on file (It will also be accessible for you to view and update via your online account).

Once you have dropped your dog off for their grooming session your groomer will ensure that they spend time bonding with your dog and making sure that they are happy. For most dogs this can mean winning them over with tasty dog treats, however the more stubborn dogs may prefer a belly rub or a little stretch of the legs before the grooming sessions begins.

Hereford Dog Groomers kindly ask that all owners leave their dog in our capable hands. Not only will this help your dog to relax it will also allow them to begin to settle into their surroundings.
