Have peace of mind whilst you are away on holiday or at work that your dog is being well cared for in a secure loving family home, they will be part of the family for as long as they stay with us, having the run of a large secure garden for plenty of fresh air and playtime. Registered my dog etc. after visiting PugHugs but ended up using another person for boarding for a particular trip as they were more suited to my dogs needs at the time.
I was courteous and respectful and let Nicola know with ample time.
When I next enquired with Nicola about some other dates I found her unprofessional and unhelpful. After a back and forth with her where she asked questions to work out if I was the one that took my dog to someone else that time, she told me she won't take my dog.
On seeing this review the customer service went from bad to worse, she sent me a confrontational email and argued back and forth with me citing various new reasons for not taking my dog.
