Shampoo-Belle is the brainchild of Karen Bellis, a fully insured, City & Guilds qualified canine beautician. Karen is an experienced dog trainer who has participated at competition level in the demanding sport of “Schutzhund” working dog trials, the goal of which is to illuminate the character and ability of a dog through consistent and balanced training.

Located in picturesque, rural Lancashire with excellent transport links to nearby Manchester, Bury and Bolton, Shampoo-Belle offers a fantastic range of services including exercise & obedience training for dogs in a relaxed and professional environment.

Our grooming packages have been specially designed to provide high quality, breed specific cutting and associated care, where your dogs welfare is of paramount importance. Unlike many other grooming parlours here at Shampoo-Belle we take your opinions seriously and promise never to overlook individuals requests.
We highly recommend that you register your pets with us. It takes seconds to do but will allow us build an accurate, holistic picture of them and also enables you to take full advantage of all our personalised services including online-appointment booking and key date reminders.

We offer tailored grooming packages for all breeds of dog

Belle Exclusive (Full Groom) - from £20

Our Exclusive Full Groom begins with a gentle brush out with carefully selected brushes and tools followed by a luxurious warm wash with premium shampoo then a blow out to remove any dead hair and skin from the coat. We continue by carefully cleaning your dogs ears and plucking if necessary. Paws and pads will be examined and trimmed along with nails where required. Sanitary areas are also taken care of. We then style to breed standard or your own preference and finish with a treat.


Belle Classic (Wash ‘n’ Go) - from £10

Our Classic Wash ‘n’Go package includes a gentle brush out with carefully selected brushes and tools followed by a luxurious warm wash with premium shampoo then a blow out to remove any dead hair and skin from the coat. Nails are examined and trimmed where necessary and we finish with a treat.

We offer exciting and stimulating local social walking services for all types of dog

Belle Rambler (50mins local social walk) - £10

Free initial consultation to properly assess your dogs exercise requirements and character.

Special attention to breed type, current health, social behaviour and energy levels.

Pick up - drop off service from your home in our purpose built vehicle.

Post-Ramble paw clean and thorough towel down.

No more than 4 specially selected dogs per walk to ensure that your dog recieves our full attention
Fresh water provided at all times during the ramble
