Did you know there are no legal requirements for groomers to be qualified in this trade, meaning anyone can set up a grooming parlour, be it in premises or mobile without the relevant training. You can rest assured that when you make an appointment with me you are sending your dog to a fully City & Guilds qualified groomer with over 10 years experience and that I can produce documentation to support this. I can work with any dogs of any temperament and already have a number of clients that have been refused appointments by other groomers due to the dogs bad behaviour. In most cases once the dog realises that I will not hurt them and I take the time needed to teach them to trust me they calm down. All I ask from the owner is that they are honest with me so I can gain a better understanding of their pet.
