The Dog Behaviour Clinic was first established in 2007, moving to its current location in 2015. It was founded by Lisa Hird, a fully qualified canine behaviourist and dog trainer. We offer a wide range of services to cater for all aspects of canine behaviour and training. Please feel free to contact me (with no obligation) to discuss your dogs individual needs. Basic Training 1:1 session I can offer basic training for you and your dog, instead of attending 6 week courses. One hour home visit, working with the owners and dog to teach basic commands. Advice Visits Home visit usually lasting 1 - 2 hours for general advice and training issues. You will receive a full written report and programme to follow. Problem Behaviour Consultation Includes initial home consultation and follow up visit, full written report and behaviour modification programme. It also includes ongoing free telephone/email support. Puppy socialising playgroup One hour socialisation for the whole family and puppy. Half Day Training A half day training for owner and dog is also available. These are particularly useful sessions for owners who are finding it difficult to train a particular command or behaviour. These are also useful for rehabilitation work.
