Harvey invites the reader into a world run by goats, called the Pettygoat Government, challenged by Wilbur the wicked wild wabbit with his Underground Gang, and populated with an assortment of loveable characters, such as Squealer the rat who hates to be dirty and Humble Bee, who is allergic to pollen. About the Author: Jo-Anne Spinks lives on the Channel Island of Guernsey near the town of St. Peter Port. She is currently working on the next book in the Harvey series: Harvey the Houdini Husky and the Dog's Tale of Bangers the Pig. Jo-Ann is inspired by her daughter Lisa’s Siberian Husky, Harvey.
