the importance of training and socialisation is emphasides throughout this book helping the rottweiler owner to understand their dog and train it to basic obediance level, it gives detailed information on feeding and health care and inherited conditions. with plenty of photographs of puppies and adult dogs. i found the chapter on behavior interesting. the only critisism i have of the book is the photos in the book do not have their dogs kennel names underneath,other than this i would recommend that everyone owning or are thinking of owning a rottweiler to have this on their bookshelf

I have a copy of this book and feel that it is a must for all new and prospective Rottweiler owners. The information given is up to date and very informative.
