 German Wirehaired Pointers Today (Book of the Breed S) - £9.73
I bought this book hoping for some advice on raising my GWP and wasn'tdisappointed... While some other books seem to be about dog ownershipgenerally, with some GWP information slotted in, this one has lots ofspecific information about the breed. Some of the history on kennels maybe getting a little dated now as other reviewers have said, but as a newowner, (and not a GWP historian!) I'd say the massive amount ofinformation (eg on training and health problems) and the personalperspective on GWP ownership more than makes up for this. There's somenice pictures too, albeit in black and white.
